The Toledo Walleye Hockey Team honored all first responders by wearing a specialty jersey during their game with the Cincinnati Cyclones that took place on Saturday, March 8, 2025. The authentic game-worn jerseys were auctioned off following the game with proceeds benefitting the Toledo Police Foundation and Toledo Fire and Rescue Department Foundation. Members of the Foundation sold raffle tickets for the jerseys and worked the chuck-a-puck table to help raise money.
