The Toledo Police Foundation, in partnership with the Anderson’s Foundation, commissioned banners honoring fallen officers Anthony Dia and Brandon Stalker. The banners hang inside the Police Athletic League building on East Manhattan Boulevard.
The Police Athletic League is a nonprofit delinquency prevention program that uses sports to counter gang influence and violence in the under-serviced areas of our community. The program promotes mutual respect between the police and Toledo’s youth through various athletic and recreational activities.
